Community Co-Creation Wochenende

Wie schön, dass du zum Community Co-Creation Treffen kommen willst!

Wir nehmen uns ein Wochenende Zeit, um zusammen die Zukunft der weltwärts Community zu gestalten. Denn Community bedeutet Gemeinschaft und das heißt, dass wir gemeinsam visionieren, planen, entscheiden und umsetzen und so die Community weiter zum Leben erwecken.

Dafür schauen wir auf das, was uns zusammenhält – geteilte Werte, Erfahrungen, Wünsche für die Zukunft – und erarbeiten Strategien und Strukturen, damit wir als Community weiter zusammenwachsen können. Welche Rollen gibt es? Wie kommunizieren und entscheiden wir? Wie bleiben wir macht- und diskriminierungssensibel und erschaffen einen positiven Impact auf Mitglieder und die Welt? Viele Fragen, auf deren Antworten wir uns gemeinsam auf die Suche begeben wollen.

Neben den Arbeitseinheiten haben wir natürlich auch Zeit für gemütliche Pausen am Kamin, bei einem Herbstspaziergang oder beim gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen. Konversationssprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch. 

Das Treffen wird kleiner sein, als unsere anderen Community-Wochenenden, daher melde dich bitte nur an, wenn du sicher dabei sein kannst. Außerdem richtet sich die Veranstaltung vor allem an Menschen, die Lust haben auch über das Wochenende hinaus beim Community-Co-Creation Prozess mitzuwirken. Die Teilnahme am Treffen ist kostenlos (inklusive Erstattung deiner Fahrtkosten bis ca. 80€) – im Gegenzug bist du verlässlich und mit Motivation dabei.

Da wir eine entspannte und vertraute Atmosphäre in der Gruppe ermöglichen wollen, ist es diesmal nicht möglich, erst am Samstag anzureisen.

We’re so glad you want to come to the Community Co-Creation Meetup!

We’re setting aside a weekend to shape the future of the weltwärts community together. After all, community means coming together—which means we’ll envision, plan, decide, and implement things together, bringing the community even more to life. 

To that end, we focus on what brings us together—shared values, experiences, and hopes for the future—and develop strategies and structures so that we can continue to grow closer as a community. What roles are there? How do we communicate and make decisions? How do we remain mindful of power dynamics and discrimination while creating a positive impact on our members and the world? These are many questions, and we want to search for answers together.

In addition to the work sessions, we’ll of course also have time for relaxing breaks by the fireplace, on an autumn walk, or while cooking and eating together. The languages of conversation will be German and English. 

This gathering will be smaller than our other community weekends, so please only sign up if you’re certain you can attend. Additionally, the event is primarily aimed at people who are interested in continuing to participate in the community co-creation process beyond the weekend.

Participation in the meeting is free (including reimbursement of your travel expenses up to approximately 80€)—in return, you’ll be a reliable and motivated participant. 

Since we want to foster a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere within the group, it won’t be possible to arrive on Saturday this time.
